After 3 years of dating, I married my husband, Chris, on October 13, 2007 and 2 years later came our son, Kyle, on August 1, 2009.
We were dealt an incredible blow when Kyle was diagnosed with Cystic Fibrosis; an incurable, life threatening and life shortening disease.
Kyle's disease has taught us how to be strong, to be compassionate, to be patient and understanding, and to know what it means to love unconditionally. We fight this disease every day and are determined to win! We stay hopeful that a cure will be found.
On any given day you will find me taking care of my little boy, snapping pictures, reading a romance or mystery novel, taking in a good romantic comedy, and of course, blogging.
